Description: This session highlights endometriosis in locations that can be overlooked or mistaken for other pathology, including the inguinal canal, Canal of Nuck, appendix, abdominal wall, peritoneal windows, and lesions mimicking tattoo pigment or malignancy.

Learning Objectives: At the end of this course, the participant will be able to:

  1. Expand the differential diagnosis for atypical endometriosis presentations.
  2. Plan excision in inguinal, abdominal-wall, appendiceal, and peritoneal locations.
  3. Distinguish endometriosis from malignancy and other mimics.
  4. Use site-specific anatomy to achieve complete and safe treatment.
